The information provided by PD Online is made available as a general reference source only.
PD Online is not intended to be used, and must not be used, for formal purposes such as for the purposes of property transactions or settlements. Access to documents and information for formal purposes must be obtained through Council's formal document search procedures, not through PD Online.
The Council makes no representations and gives no warranties (express or implied) about the information (including accuracy, reliability, completeness, quality, merchantability, fitness or suitability) for any purpose nor that access to and use of this website or system is free from computer viruses or other infections or contaminations. No liability is accepted by the Council (including without limitation, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortious action) for any loss, damage or costs (including consequential, special or indirect damages) relating to access to, use of, or reliance upon:
- the information obtained using PD Online; or
- the PD Online system itself.
System Requirements
The PD Online tool has been tested and certified to function correctly using Internet Explorer (IE) 5 or 6 on Windows 2000 or Windows XP with the default Windows Image Viewer. Intended system functionality cannot be guaranteed using other configurations of operating systems and browsers.
Unfortunately Council is not in any position to provide Computer Help Desk Support to the Public. However if you feel you are having an issue accessing this facility, please verify with Council's Customer Service on 3480 6666 to ensure that the services are functioning correctly before engaging further technical assistance.

PD users are expressly permitted to reproduce the contents of the PD Online website in their web browser (and in any cache file produced by their web browser) for the sole purpose of their personal non-commercial viewing of the content and printing of pdf documentation.
RIGHT TO GRANT OR REFUSE ACCESS
Access to PD Online is at the discretion of the Council. The Council reserves the right to refuse to allow access to any part of PD Online without prior notice, and without the need to give any reason for doing so.

All matters relating to this website are governed by the laws of the State of Queensland, Australia and users submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of that State and courts of appeal from them.
